A nice place for the kids to spend a few hours. It's spacious, clean and plenty of seating for families. What's great about this place is the many areas to play in. There is the big play structure, a kiddie arcade, a toddler area, a big bouncy area and an obstacle course. There is also an upper floor where the party rooms and an open art area are. The washrooms are super clean, and are well kept. There is even food services, and the prices are reasonable and the food is pretty good. The highlight for my kids was the 'ninja course', which was the obstacle course that had the kids harnessed to the structure for safety. I would say the only negative was that not all the arcade games were working well, and needed some upkeep. Parking is plentiful and free, and the spots are pretty wide as well. A great place for the kids to be active on days they can't play outside, or for birthday parties.

It's an okay place to bring the kids. I was turned off by the overflowing diaper bins in the wash room. Was there for a while, all through the period, no one bothered to empty the bins or replace the tissues had to eventually go home earlier than planned cause the stench from the washroom began to get to the food court. Aside from that, there were a couple of free and token required activities the kids enjoyed as well as a toddler section. Might go again.
This place seems quite small in comparison to the other Children's Play areas. It is quite clean here and the parent's seating area is in the center so it is easy to keep an eye on children. The seats and tables are not super comfortable, but they are adequate. It would be nice if they had a bigger physical play area for the kids than they do. That is likely because they are in a smaller location though. A number of their games were broken and had signs on them advising of that fact which likely means that they have been broken for a while. It is clean and the staff are friendly enough. All in all it is average here. Good to go to in a pinch.
Great for younger kids, lots to do and keep them busy. Staff is friendly and accommodating, highly recommend.
I love this place!!! Came from Edmonton for a quick trip for a few days and needed to kill time with my 17 month old as we were not able to check into the hotel room in the early morning, so we visited Krazy Monkey at about 9 45am until 11 30am. Had an amazing time. The toddler room is perfect for little ones, the food is fantastic (specifically the green apple spinach smoothie) and the staff are so friendly! Will visit again for sure any time we go to Calgary. Also was half price as we went on a Tuesday, that was a lovely surprise!
This place used to be really good but in the last few months the ball pits in both the main and toddler area have deteriorated. There’s barely any balls in the pits the children can’t even jump in them. The games barely give you any tickets if they give any at all.. The one candy machine is rigged we put in so many tokens and didn’t even get one candy. On the plus they have a big screen where the kids can throw balls at it to play games. I haven’t seen this big of a screen at any of the other play places so this is a really good feature.
We had a lot of fun here today. Seating is nicely situated in the middle allowing you to watch your children. The food we ordered tasted good and so was the service. There are games you can get tokens for and everything seemed to be reasonably priced. No complaints here.
Small indoor playground, best for children under 6. Place is mostly filled with play structures so not a lot of open space to run around.
