Update.. I had some issues with the equipment I purchased and the staff here (specifically, Gary)really set the standard for customer service excellence. I can only imagine the nightmare and hassle I would have had if I had bought from one of the “big” stores. Great work team! I purchased some home theater equipment here but that's not what's important. Anyone can sell you something at a competitive price. The difference here is the staff, in particular, Garry. I went to the other electronics stores in Saskatoon and was disappointed by every sales associate I met with where you know more than them and they make stuff up or they just don't listen to you and they try to upsell you evry chance they get. Garry listened attentively to what I was looking for, he understood my needs and wants, and he knew what he was talking about. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge base. It also seemed like he genuinely cared about what he was doing. It's great customer service that people like Garry provid that will keep me coming back to Krazy Kiley's. Thank you.
