Fantastic customer service! They heat moulded and fitted my sons skates! We were expecting to purchase new ones but Scott & Paul helped us understand it was a width issue not a sizing issue. They were most concerned in getting a good fit over making a new sale. We definitely be back!

Made an easy online appointment and when we arrived we were greeted with genuine sincerity. Cara was a wonderful resource of information and there was absolutely no pressure to make a rushed purchase. We learned more about our daughters figure skating needs in a one hour fitting session then we have in the last three years of skating lessons. We will definitely recommend any of our fellow figure skating families to drop by for a visit.
I've never written a review before, but the Moir family went above and beyond so I feel like I should share my experience. Took my kids there last weekend to get their skates fitted and sharpened before practice. I grew up in Ilderton and have known the family for many years. We were running short on time, so Scott suggested I put my daughter's gear on in the shop. That's when I realized I had left her helmet in the garage. Scott, Cara and Carol offered to help her with her equipment while I raced home to grab the helmet. On my way back to the shop I got a call from Scott, he and Cara said they'd meet me at the arena to save some time. On top of all that, Paul put a great edge on the blades and the kids were super happy with the fit. I'm heading back this weekend to get my own skates done.
Always the best service and currently making it both safe and welcoming during covid-19.
Despite skate fitting complications, Paul was amazing and made sure that my daughter left with a pair of skates that were comfortable. He openly communicated with us and made sure that the needs of the skater were met! Thank You for the exceptional service!
