I couldn’t have been more pleased with the engraving work that Claudia did on two projects for me. She was very friendly, positive and prompt; and was patiently helpful in response to my inexperienced thoughts regarding the lovely design alternatives she created. The resulting hand-calligraphed engraving work she produced was stunning. Having completed the projects, she included with them an astonishingly beautiful handwritten thank you card for me that will certainly be a keepsake. I discovered Kokoro no Melody (KnM) when I was searching the internet for someone who could engrave a photograph on glass. When I contacted them, Claudia referred me to another group which could do that work for me, which I did and which I was happy about. This to me marked a distinct characteristic of KnM, the honesty about their capabilities and the willingness to refer jobs to other groups which could provide the services needed. This introduction to KnM and a closer review of their website led me to realize that they could help me provide two granddaughters of mine whom I dearly love with a unique gift for Christmas. A flurry of 30 emails resulted in two beautifully engraved jars which I gave my granddaughters on Christmas Eve. Two hallmarks of KnM: Claudia does exquisite engraving work and she will go out of her way to ensure that your expectations are more than met. Highly recommended.

My vision for my wedding day was to have a professional calligrapher create my seating chart on a mirror. Claudia was highly recommended through one of my friends and I decided to choose her to design and create my seating chart. Claudia was extremely organized and wanted to learn more about my vision. She made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and she completed the seating chart in a timely fashion. Once I received the mirror, I was extremely happy with the results and my guests were too! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a calligrapher.
