Lots of great books and even toys with a focus on diversity and Black authors and history. There is an entire children's section as well that is easy to peruse. I would definitely recommend sourcing here locally vs large retailers! Customer service was always great when we came too as the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had an amazing online shopping experience with this lovely store! I placed an order and received a phone call within the week informing me of a delay due to stock of one of the books I purchased, I greatly appreciated the phone call and being kept updated on the order status. Also since I was a local customer they refunded me the cost of shipping- I believe this may have been a holiday promotion. I received my order just today, packaged beautifully and delivered right to my front door! Such an awesome experience- I will definitely be visiting the store location in future!

I love everything about this store. The set up. The ambiance. It's amazing to have black books that show representation of black culture and success. I will no longer go to chapters. This will be my go to for all my book needs for me and my child
