Started having a mouse problem in the crawl space. Called Ryan Thursday and he was here Friday morning.Very friendly and professional. Did a full inspection outside and inside to determine where the entry points were. He identified the 2 spots where they were getting in. He sealed up the entry points and put traps out to catch anything that was still around. Also provided extra traps in case I need them. Very reasonable rates. If we still have problems after these steps, he said he would be back to determine next steps.
Ryan did a great job not only taking care of the problem but also taking time to explain the solution. He also thoroughly checked the whole property and identified additional potential entry points which he immediately closed off. I highly recommend Knockout.
