Order trees from Ontario tree farm found the quality was very good, and the service was prompt I ordered two or three different varieties. I listened to Deans instructions on watering and maintenance and followed them. The result was amazing he told me to make sure that I water the trees regularly and you'll have no problems. Thanks Dean!
Just wanted to say working with the owner of this family operated tree farm has been a pleasure. The process of deciding what would be the best tree for the area I wanted to plant and the size of tree was made with total confidence after discussing the pro and cons. Realising that transplanting large trees can come with some risks paying a little more for the warranty was well worth knowing should there be any issues it will be looked after or replaced. Thanks again!
Dean/owner (that toots his own horn in the reviews below!) is a liar and provided the worst service ever! When installing his so called \best quality Colorado Blue Spruces\, he was so full of himself saying that his trees are the best of all the tree farmers in the area. He promised that they would grow quickly and full. He also promised a one year warranty should the trees die. Well, first off, he had me stake the trees where I wanted them planted and then ignored the stakes and planted them wherever was a quick access so he could get out quickly. He basically planted one of the spruces underneath my Maple!!! Second, TWO of the four spruces died. Within a few weeks after planting, the bottom started to brown. After contacting him and providing pictures, he told me to wait the winter out as they usually pick up and that if they died, he would replace them in the Spring. Spring came and they only continued to brown. When I texted him back, he said that it was too late in the Spring to replace and that he would come in the fall. Fall came and I texted him mid September...no reply; the end of September...no reply; mid October...he said he would try; mid November...still waiting for a response!!! At this point, the only thing that would make me happy is a REFUND!!! DO NOT BUY TREES FROM DEAN @ ONTARIO TREE FARMS! He did not uphold the agreement or his promise!
