We put an offer in here but were able to get out at the last minute . The homes are bare bones for the pricing and if you want something near to the quality of the model suites you will pay at least 2 million. Lots of complaints!

I’ve purchased many homes from different builders and never experienced such a high level of professionalism from all employees, always heard good things about Mattamy customer service but they indeed met all my expectations. I also would like to take a moment to say thanks to all the supervisors on Mattamy Kleinburg community where I’ve purchased my home, where they went above and beyond to make sure I was treated like a real homeowner unlike many other builder where they care only about profit. Ninder, Jonathan and Lew made me feel like a member of the royal family and for that I’m truly thankfully ️️️️️
STAY AWAY FROM Mattamy!! Expensive houses, low quality homes! So disappointed with their customer service!!!
