Sent a family member in to inquire about business cards. When this family member replied that he was looking for some direction he was told in a rather unfriendly manner \I can't read your mind.\ No dea if this was an owner or a staff member, but there are so many printers to choose from that we have found another with great customer service. No condescension, great design options too. Anyway...everyone has a bad day from time to time. Hope that's all this was.

The owner was super rude when I inquired about printing the files . He was talking so rudely as if I asked him for free . Never going again !!!!!
