This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool, also the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, chicken wings and buffalo bites are mind blowing and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Lastly i would say that in this COVID-19 pandemic they are taking care a lot. They are sanitizing each and every small thing. Thank you so much guys. Management is great. Love this place a lot.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Kitchener. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths especially the chicken wings and Mac n' cheese wedges. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Kitchener. Highly recommend! Delicious Food with Great staff.

I used to order from this location all the time. Not anymore. Placed an order and there was an error with the store's system. They sent more of an item than I had ordered and then tried to charge me for their mistake. When I said I was not paying for the additional food that I didn't order, they said the amount would come off the delivery driver's pay. What?! Why are you penalizing the delivery driver for the store's mistake. The amount was probably most of what he made that day, which is not okay. I considered just paying the amount so that this would not happen. I told them to confirm my online order (which was for the correct amount) and they had to call their head office to confirm the order. Honestly, this should have been done first. They called back to say that the error was in fact on their end and I would not have to pay. They also said the driver would not be penalized, I'm really hoping that is the case. This type of situation should not come out of the driver's pocket or the customer's. --- Also, it looks like head office comments on every negative review to \follow up\. It has been 6 days and I have not received a response back to my feedback submission on their website. Poor customer service all around.

Ordered 42 family bites along with Wedges and gravy. When we got the order home it was shorted the wedges and gravy. I called right away but they said they were too busy to have a driver bring us the rest of our order. They put me on hold multiple times to let me know they would give me free product next time. First time I ordered. There will be no next time .
