This location seems to have an issue with consistency of good customer service . Example ... I entered one day to look into a certain product I received beyond excellent service very knowledgeable courteous she was great ! I returned the next day to make the purchase and received the total opposite . She actually had an attitude throughout the entire interaction. Left a really bad taste in my mouth . Her eyes where very red so maybe she was tired .. regardless this final interaction took away from the first one . This is not the first time I received poor service from this location . They might need an intervention .

Almost impossible to get a hold of by phone. Mostly incompetent from I can tell. Ordered a knee brace 8 weeks ago and it's still not in. I need it in this icy weather. Each person tells you a different story as to what is going on with my order. They insist they will call when it arrives and tell you that very rudely. It's not rocket science. It's ordering a brace ffs. I was planning on getting a second one if I really like it, but at this rate who knows? Poor organization, poor communication, poor service.

I was in the Wellwise Shoppers Drug Store in Kitchener this morning. There were 5 other customers in the store including myself. From what I could tell, all were seniors, one in a wheel chair. I was stunned at the lack of professionalism in this store. I had a staff member approach me, no physical distancing, no mask and ask if she could help me. I said not unless you put a mask on please. She turned 180 degrees and huffed away. The two other staff members that were working had masks around their neck, but not covering their mouths and nose. Is this how Shoppers Drug Mart treats their customers? Is this the sort of Dog and Pony show that we are to expect when dealing with injured and elderly customers? I left the store immediately and doubt if I will ever return. I drove down to Pass Bracing on University on Waterloo. They treated me with the utmost professionalism. That is what I would expect from this Wellwise store as well. Sadly this was not the case.

This store is not enforcing maximum number of customers in store as per their posted sign on the door, and not enforcing mask wearing by staff. Especially a concern on seniors day, where majority of customers were seniors like myself.

My husband generally orders compression socks here. Placed the order July 4th. Delivered new perscription July 7th. Visted again on July 18th. ORDER WAS NO PLACED!! received apologies from the clerk and promises to place order on next business day (July 20). Visted today July 27th, ORDER STILL NOT PLACED!!! That will be the LAST time we go here for anything.
