Butter Queen

I loved it there, I’ve been there for 6 years and those 6 years were Worth it. Buuuut there is one thing that I didn’t really love the most... now there are strict coaches but they are strict because they care about you and want you to become the best gymnast you can be.

Great club. Classes start at 6 months and the coaches are wonderful. Lots of well cared for equipment too

I registered my daughter for the fall/winter term and unfortunately made the decision to cancel within 2 days of the registration due to health concerns related to COIVD-19. I reached out four times prior to receiving any sort of response, when I did receive a response it was just a confirmation of cancellation. The confirmation outlined that I would receive 65.00 less than I paid, I reached out to get an explanation and was told there was a 25.00 admin fee (I thought this was reasonable) and a 40.00 non refundable charge (this seems unreasonable to me). Having canceled weeks prior to the start of the fall season we ended up being charged a total of 65.00 without ever having stepped through their doors. I cannot speak to the quality of the training provided at this facility, though I have heard they are quite good. Based on their administrative fees under the current circumstances I would not recommend conducting business with this facility.

My child's coach at the end of class, half way through this winter session , took her around to other parents to tell them how their child is doing, and then proceeded to tell me , while still holding my daughters hand, how she is not good enough for the class and she recommends we do not come back, and then next session register her in a lower level. She told my 5 year old that she is not good enough. Coaches/teachers like this should never be in charge of a group of children, especially impressionable 5 year olds. This club is suppose to TEACH and TRAIN, not belittle and put them down. I am so disappointed in this club and will never recommend it again.
