I'm unsure how i didn't know about this chain of stores. I have a wide foot and a half sized shoe so it's been difficult finding appropriate footwear. This location stocks my size in several shoe styles and winter boots. Employee was extremely quick and efficient answering my questions and getting me good to go without waiting around. I will only come to this chain going forward for me and my families footwear needs

I had the best experience here and Nick was the employee who provided exceptional customer service. I can’t say enough about the quality of shoes they have. I needed a good pair of shoes to provide arch support and they needed to stand up to 11 hr shifts on concrete floors. Nick helped me choose the perfect pair and I would definitely go back. Thank you for helping me Nick!

I had three recent encounters there. The first two were excellent (a very helpful sales associate, and a manager who replaced a defective product rather than making me wait for a repair). The last experience, however was such a poor example of customer service that I will not return to this store. The sales associate I dealt with needed to be right, and was very argumentative about the issue with the shoe. Even after a solution was reached, he started arguing about it again. I was trying on another pair of shoes and told him I didn't want to argue about it, but he wouldn't stop. At that point, I was not willing to be treated in that manner any longer. I turned down the store credit that had been offered and left the store.
