I felt rush when I was shopping for my bras which I shouldn't be rushed by staff, a 30 minute time frame for first time customer is not nearly enough time.. due to feeling rushed I bought 3 bras thinking they fit properly at the moment in store, but once I was home and was able to try them comfortably I realized they are little bit too big. Also was awkward at the store due to a man being in the changing area.. I don't think you should be allowed to bring your significant other to the back changing area if there are others trying on products. I just wanted to leave due to not being able to try on products comfortably with a man back there.

Absolutely Amazing staff that make you feel comfortable finding the perfect under garments. Been buying all my bras here for years and never disappointed. Prices can be a little high but well worth it a comfortable fit! I travel about 40mins because this is the best place!

I always have a great experience here. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I appreciate that whoever is helping me is extra polite in asking before coming in the change room to check the fit. I also feel that when the specialist offers their opinion, they are honest and try their best to find the best fitted bra. When I came here last, they didn't have the bras in the colour and size I wanted, so they placed an order and contacted me when the bras arrived. What I especially like is that I never once felt pressured to purchase everything (or anything) I tried on. I have always been very happy with what I bought here, even though most bras are expensive -- usually 90. That said, if you hand wash these bras and properly care for them, they last years.
