I needed a R1 drum for our Xerox printer. I called the Xerox customer service and they advised it would take 2-3 business days. I didn't have time to wait for 2-3 business days. So I searched for a Xerox supplier nearby and found Urban X Solutions. I gave them a call and luckily they had a spare R1 drum in stock. The person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and nice! When I went to pick up the R1 drum, she was so informative. I can't say enough good things about Urban - X Solutions. I would highly recommend them!!
