Amazing service! Worth every penny. We've replaced 3 windows earlier this year. The customer service was very professional and helpful -- answered all our questions, addressed all our concerns and always stayed nice and professional. The installer was super professional as well. He came on time, was very nice, kept the house clean and cleaned up all the mess outside. The quality of the new windows is superb. I have not realized that a great window makes such a difference. Very happy with the service. Definitely going to change the other windows with this company again.
Completely professional and reasonably priced. I had the front door replaced. Then result is awesome. Tricity kept me informed throughout the manufacturing process and the installer was polite, competent and thorough. I would recommend this company highly. In fact I have decided to replace a second door with Tricity based on the experience of the first. Great work.
