I had Alex (I know it’s spelt differently) for my manicure, pedicure and facial and she was amazing! So gentle and a very sweet person. My sister however didn’t have a great experience... I wish I would remember the name of the lady she had. During the manicure she cut my sisters finger open and never apologized or anything and carried on as if it never happened. She also continued to give my sister very rude comments on appearance and basically told her ways to be prettier. I found all this out and was disgusted to learn this. We both paid a lot of money for our spa day! Also we were separated for 90% of our spa experience which was shocking since we booked it for the both of us together. If you have Alex as your consultant she is truly wonderful but beware of the other lady.

Thank you Total Skin & Body ….Leanne Arnold removed 4 small cysts (on my face... weren't huge but bugged me ) and a skin tag (on my neck)… I am extremely pleased with my results. I would highly recommend this anti-aging spa!

I could not be happier, I have been visiting this place since 2005, I got most of my treatments - I have ever been interested trying - here: from laser hair removal etc. I love this place and even though I moved still planning to come back here...The kindest, most caring people.
