Matt is by the far the best trainer ... EVER! I’ve been working out for 10 years on my own and just couldn’t achieve my goals of gaining size. Within 5 MONTHS of working with him, I’ve put on 18-20 pounds, which I thought was never possible!! Matt has so much knowledge it’s mind blowing. If you want a trainer in KWC, I would highly recommend Matt. It’s worth every single penny!!

My wife and I are working out with Matt twice a week since over one year now. Not only is Matt a fantastic coach but also has he become a great friend. His approach is both academic (I have never met somebody with more diplomas/certificates within his field/profession) and practical at the same time. He feels you out every time you come to training and finds the ideal workout for you. He finds the perfect balance between a challenging workout and being a great motivator to achieve your goals. I whole heartedly recommend Matt.
I've been training with Matt for a few months now & he's without a doubt the best trainer I've ever worked with. I have a surgical pin in my leg so I used to worry about pushing myself too much when working out. But with his guidance, I haven't had an injury & made good progress so far. His positivity is contagious & he makes sure that I leave every session feeling good about myself(even on my bad days). He helped me set realistic goals, feel good about myself through this whole process. I came to Matt with pretty bad back issues last year and he’s exceeded all my expectations! My back has never been better and I’ve put on 25lbs of muscle, which was a secondary goal. He’s super friendly and positive - makes you feel comfortable, while at same time giving you the right amount of push to reach your goals. Couldn’t have asked for a better trainer - also doesn’t hurt that he’s a handsome son of a gun!
I saw Matt because I was suffering from back pain. The type of back pain that you feel from the moment you wake up and can barely get out of bed, until the moment you fall asleep. It was a gradual onset over 5 years that would come and go, but every time it came back it was worse. Eventually it just wouldn't go away. I didn't want to resort to pain killers for 2 reasons, they don't fix the problem and they are very addictive. Matt took the time to investigate my daily and weekly routines, where the pain is, what makes it better and what makes it worse. After educating me on what the reasons of my back pain he helped me understand what to do to correct what I could. He also educated me on how to strengthen the back so that it becomes stronger. He stared me off on basic strength and coordination exercises (eventhough I'm athletic) and we progressed to more difficult exercises over time. Thanks for your help Matt, I'm now pain free!
