Ordered items on line from Edmonton, AB. The process was seamless. The Pizza Stone I ordered arrived broken. S.T.O.P. was pleasant to deal with and shipped out a replacement. I would order from S.T.O.P. again. Thanks for the excellent service.

Found this store online after I searched a product where this store had a fall promotion. The online shopping experience was disastrous. First, payment security was questionable. Be cautious there might be fraudulent transactions on your credit card after releasing your cc information. Second, products were never shipped. The communication was extremely NOT transparent. They don't own any stock, everything is back ordered until who knows when into the future. You have to chase their customer service and you may never get your products. They don't care about retail shoppers. Don't bother shopping online with this store.

If I could select a 1 star option I would. Called prior to ordering online, staff said they had the item in stock. Don't hear back for a couple of days, so I call to ask if its ready and they have the audacity to tell me they do not have any in stock and Will not pay to have it express shipped to me even though it was their mistake. Thank you to S.T.O.P for ruining Christmas, that is some great customer service!

Came by expecting a similar experience to Williams in Windsor that seem to have anything you can possibly think of, not the case... I was looking for a few items, I was told that they don’t carry any of it. Things they carry are expensive, yet lots of doubtful quality made in China stuff. Next time I think I will try my luck at Canadian tire before this place, sadly they seem to have more variety and quality items than the \specialty\ store.
