They have no knowledge of slip casting. Small shop, wish it was larger and had more stock. Had a lot of tools and different clays available though. Overall okay visit. And it was hard to find. Suggest that they get a bigger sign and also \parking at back\ sign.

Friendly and helpful shop! If you have questions about the products they're able to help. Some items aren't in normal stock but you can order for pickup from the website and they'll be there in a reasonable timeframe. Hours change around holidays. It can be a bit tight to get there when they're open due to limited opening hours. But you're generally in and out quick as long as you know what you want. They're are samples of clays and under glazes and some other products on site to help you chose. PSH clay can be somewhat inconsistent, but I chalk it up to being part of the experience.
