Andy Naudi was over the top amazing. We had little faith in agents and always planned to sell our home independently, but we phoned in to ask a few questions of advice. Immediatly Andy started working on finding us the perfect home and was going over and above time and time again. We ended up using him to sell and he did an amazing job! We were moving far so he recommended someone out of the area but still assisted with every step, and every question no matter how annoying we were (we ask A LOT lol). I would recommend his skills to anyone.

Frieda Kotsopoulos works from this RE/MAX office located at 901 Victoria St. North in Kitchener. I recently had to sell my dad’s property so I called Frieda and she came over within a half an hour. I had worked with Frieda years ago and remember being very happy with that real estate deal. Upon arrival, Frieda immediately answered all of my questions around the sale of this property. Frieda was careful to take the time to explain the process of selling a condo and what would be required. We staged the property professionally and it’s sold, over asking price, in one day. Frieda has been careful to stay in contact almost daily to let me and my family know what’s happening at every step of the process. This is much appreciated. Clearly Frieda knows the market and I feel that I benefitted from her almost 20 years of experience. She made the whole thing look easy. I will use Frieda again for my next property purchase. Purchased an unusual property that was being sold through a power of sale, that was on a private road. We dealt with Dave Smith who has had experiences with such properties. He understood what was required for the property and explained the ins and outs of the type of property. We understood what we were getting into because Dave took the time to explain it. He also kept his cool when my wife and I were getting emotional about the property. We tried to buy this place 4 times, each time some road block prevented things from going through.
This is a very professional and welcoming Realtor office. Geraldine Mahood and Patrick Bernier are really good at their job, knowledgeable, ftiendly and make everything easier for you.
Typical real estate attitude, arrogant and highly under educated. This is easy to see in the complete lack of self worth and accomplishment of a human being that has made even a small difference in this world. You sell real estate and frankly not very well, your not doctors or lawyers. A special note as to Nina D. the worst example of a real estate agent my wife and I have ever come across. Her halfhearted approach and complete lack of knowledge left us speechless, selling just to sell not offering any meaningful solutions. To top this she possess the worse communication skills I have ever witnessed in a sales person, often taking 2 or more days to return phone calls.
