Please note that my review is not based off their therapists. It is solely based off the fact that I left a voicemail seeking help and their services and they never got back to me. It's been a month now. The voicemail message I left was detailed and I spoke clearly, I am not sure what happened there. After three weeks of waiting I went to another counseling service because they still haven't called me back. The other service got back to me in 6 hours. I understand that people are busy, even if you are not taking clients at least call a person back and don't leave them hanging.

I could not express adequately in words how impressed I am with the quality offered at Qualia Kitchener. We have a child who has developed some severe anxiety and phobias. After much research, we decided on Qualia and are so incredibly happy we did. The connection and level of understanding from the moment we walked in the door was second to none. Ezra is like a wizard in how he communicates with our daughter and so much of what we learned is already proving its worth. I would recommend strongly giving Qualia the opportunity to help you through whatever it is you are seeking.
A close friend of mine told me that it is important to find a therapist that you connect with and feel comfortable with, which may take some trial and error. I was lucky to find Qualia Counselling Services (Kitchener) so early in my search! I immediately felt comfortable and started to see and feel results after just a few CBT sessions with Tanya. Their receptionists are so friendly and accommodating as well. Overall, I've had such a great experience with Qualia. Huge thank you!!

I have had the most positive experience here. They are a wonderful staff and I have never clicked with a counsellor right away, until now! Highly recommend!
