My family member was a patient here. Horrible customer service. The blonde lady at the front desk is rude, condescending, impatient and frankly I question her knowledge. Any question we asked was met with eye rolls and she continued to interrupt us to tell us to ‘hold our questions for the Therapist’. Simple questions. She should be ashamed of how she treats elderly people. Shame!

Very poor customer service. When we had questions, their tone in voice and how things are answered was quite rude and rushed. Need to learn how to be more compassionate and understanding towards others experiencing medical difficulties. The one lady commented 'wow' before even hanging up the phone. Unprofessional conduct.
Company that tries to make things right for their customers, I am pleased with the response to my inquires.
Second time coming here in 11 years walked away the first time due to poor customer service. Sales person (pretty sure same lady) very adversarial should be working a used car lot. I was handed 4 or 5 forms to sign 3 of which were for my acceptance and understanding of a product demo that hadn't happened yet and another was a pre-Auth for a monthly charge to my credit card. I didn't sign them, she was clearly miffed I didn't. I explained 1. I hadn't seen the product yet why would I sign 2. I haven't decided I'm buying here why would I sign the credit card auth, her answer - its expedient. When I asked about the device I wanted she snipped that's not covered by the ministry, I said ok my plan will cover it she snipped back no it won't. I said ok - then she asked me to fill out and sign the credit card form again because sometimes people walk away with their test machine. I replied that's not what that form says and I don't have a card to give you. she packed all the equipment up and walked me to the desk. The reception desk staff were friendly the sales person never even said thanks see you or bye ... commission sales??
I got oxygen on July 18, 2019 - only used about 1/4 of the oxygen and then returned it after two weeks. Paid 35 in July for the oxygen and was billed again in August for another 35. When I called to discuss they stated that even though I only had it for two weeks i get charged an extra month because I had it past the 1st of August. The manager had to get involved and the worst part was this was just the bill for service charges, not even the oxygen and i got charged seperately for the oxygen. If they do this to an individual person what do they do to the Govenment when they have to pay the bills? No wonder our Govenment says our health benefits are so high.
