I really wish I could give a negative rating. 1 is still doing justice. I called to make an appointment the day before. I showed up 15 minutes early after taking an excuse from my kids school. They said they open at 10am but at 10.45am no one was yet to show up This is grossly unacceptable, unfair and wicked. My whole day was messed up and all my plans for the day shattered. I will never be returning here and I will make sure to tell EVERYONE about my negative experience!!!
We love our photos took on this place. Actually the picture are way better than I was expecting. First time I was a little sceptic about the photos, but the people from here they really know their trade, and we end up to have beautiful pictures.
2 Stars for the super nice lady photographer and 3 Stars off because of the super expensive service. 31 for 2 passport size photos. 7.5 in Costco. :(
I love using their on location photography services, especially since they can do photos outdoors which is great during covid. The pricing is reasonable compared to private businesses and they even do weddings which is amazing!
