Not happy with service experience. Staff totally tried to ignore my health coverage questions. They were in rush and just wanted me to pay even though I had 2 coverages. After payment I talked to my insurance company they said they didn’t even see any claims that Benton tried to submit. Also they said in case it was declined or not going through all pharmacies call there software vendor or call insurance company direct line . So I will try not to go there. Girl at front was so rude . I asked her to give me sometime she said you pay first and submit online by yourself.

Amazing pharmacy! I went to the walk in clinic yesterday due to an ongoing cough and not only were the doctors amazing at the Urgent Care Centre but also the Pharmacy staff rock here! I had to pick up a Ventolin inhaler here and an Aerochamber here and I must say because I got a shorter expiry date on the inhaler, the pharmacy team was more than willing to order a Ventolin from another Pharmasave pharmacy with a longer expiry date which I was able to pick up today. Also, the staff are so friendly. They treat me like a friend! :).
