My father had run out of vitamins for his beloved Blue and Gold macaw. As he doesn't drive anymore (to the benefit of all other motorists on the road I would hasten to add) I went over to Pet Valu to get more. Unfortunately they were out of the particular vitamins he needed. Even worse, the corporate warehouse were out of stock too, and had been unable to get any for months. However, the staff at this store are absolutely amazing! They did some online research, found something comparable and even had it ready at the counter when I arrived. Tremendous customer service! The only negative about this store is that it is not wheelchair accessible. There is a large step to the door. Still, this place gets five stars from me!

I went to get some hamster bedding for my two hamsters because they never seem to have enough. When I got there, the customer service rep was very cheerful and helped me. I ended up with hamster bedding AND those tunnel thingies that you can use to attach the cages to each other. I already had one, but this one had a third opening so then I HAD to get a third cage. So what I'm saying is my hamsters live in a bigger house than me, and don't pay rent.

I was in here roughly a month ago looking for a soft cone for my cat. He just had surgery but was having difficulty with it. I was helped out by 2 people and they were amazing, helped me out , explained why I should get something instead of just telling me what I need and I appreciated it a lot. It was in a stressful time and I appreciate the help! This would have been June 19th.
