The staff is so helpful and ready to assist! The store allows for easy social distancing, and has protocols in place to allow their customers to feel safe! They have a great assortment of party items, including gifts for all ages and occassions. Note: if wanting balloons, pre order online even for instore pick up, to avoid having to order and wait an hour! (The online ordering for instore pick up states it is for next day service, but a customer rep will call and ask what day and time you want the balloons ready!) Very confusing: I received two emails before a rep contacted me by phone about my order.

Worst place to get your balloons! They don’t even last 3 days. Cashier left us standing there waiting for the balloons to be filled with helium. She totally forgot about the balloons she put down and swept the floor instead of completing her job. Very poor customer service and quality.
Tons of party supplies, tons of great prices! The staff were great and the store is clean and in good stock. Tons of helium balloons if that's what your looking for!

They moved from Fairview plaza to next to Cineplex. I like this store than before location. Because, it is easy to find it. And good organized! When I came there makes me always happy. It's a fantastic shop!
