ALWAYS CALL PARKWAY AUTO WRECKERS FIRST!!!! A while ago my transmission module shorted out on my Mazda 5. At the time it was our only vehicle. I called Hanks Auto Wreckers first, and they ordered the wrong module. Sent it back, told 2-3 business days again for waiting. Day 3, no module. Day 4 no module. Day 5, no module. Got refunded, called Parkway Auto Recyclers and explained my situation to them. They ordered it immediately, saying 2-3 business days most likely but they’d try and expedite it. Morning of day 2, module has arrived, they repeated the information to me over the phone to ensure it matched, and after work I had the module in the vehicle and driving away in 25 minutes. Hanks cost was 340, Parkway 320. Incredible service for less. I will always call them first!
