Update: went in store this past Monday, two staffs in store were super nice and accommodating. I wish weekend experience could be the same. Original: Terrible experience! Stay away! Staff was very rude and gave me a vibe of discrimination! I bought a pair of safety shoes two weeks ago, and I wear it daily at work. It is definitely a pair of defective shoes since its left shoe is causing a lot of pain when I wear it and walk around. But this location refused for exchange and the woman staff didn't even bother to check on the shoes and simply told me \timberland won't accept my return/exchange since it is not a defective pair of safety shoes\. This place only care about their own profits, not their customers, stay away!
