I had to purchase a rear taillight for my Bond Street Edition mini Cooper. Traffic was bad on the way and I showed up shortly after closing. The woman at the front desk called the parts department to see if they would still see me. (I had prepaid for my part and just needed to pick it up) The employees at the parts department were very kind. They asked me what I needed and got me my part. I asked to check to make sure it read the right taillight (I have a special edition mini) and he didn't mind. It may be the only mini dealership closest to me without driving an hour but I would still continue to go back. The service department also had nice employees.

Sold car to me illegally, purchased car back from me after a massive headache and decided to keep my 6000 dollar deposit and 5000 paid to own the car . Guess I will have to take them to court. Why would I elaborate to a dealership that lied to my face multiple times and stole 10000 dollars from me . Did I mention this was all during the pandemic as well .

From the moment you walk in you will feel at ease with the welcoming and very inviting environment. The finance/Lease application was seamless from start to finish. The delivery of the vehicle was top notch with a very thorough explanation of the workings of the car. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a MINI.
