Went in earlier this week to buy Xbox one rechargeable batteries. When I arrive I go through the door and the employee rudely tells me I have to wait outside, how the heck am I suppose to know how many people are inside the store! Maybe have someone standing at the door monitoring the traffic. Than as I go in he is rude again and tells me to use hand sanitizer so I do, but than when I go ask about the batteries he reaches over without using any sanitizer. This is a two way streak, if you want me using sanitizer I expect you to follow through as well. So after that I ask about the batteries and he tells me they are legit ones. Once I get home, I find out the batteries aren’t even legit and my wife and I are struggling to take these batteries out of the controllers. My wife asks if I can return them, but of course we know what the answer is. I’ve tried to give this store a chance, but employees are just flat out rude! I’ll continue to go to EB games

Ordered an game controller online. When I went to pick up, door was locked and entry was limited (understandable due to covid), and was directed to call a number. Everything was great, the only thing that brings this review down 1 star was that I was not asked if there was anything else, or if I wanted to come in. Was thinking of picking up a game, but wasn't given the chance.

I have been coming to this mircroplay for 20 years.......this was the store my parents bought me my first Gameboy color from and is the store I now buy my nintedo switch games for.....prices for titles that are rare are very fair here.

Brought my son in to pick-up a brand new Xbox controller .. he got it home around 5 pm .. and before he went to bed he asked me if I could return to the store as one of the buttons was not working and could I get it exchanged. Went after work the next day and found out that they were not able to do an exchange in the store .. he would have to contact Microsoft directly himself for the 3 month warranty. A bit of a pain to do all this when he opted to not buy online but buy local. Weigh your options and find out return policies before you buy.

I had two experience when I purchase two COntoller and headsphone and both stop working within two month , went to store for help That what they keep saying. NOTHING WE CAN DO CALL SONY . That it very poor unhelpful team , need only sale sale no service after sale .. bad services
