I highly recommend this office. I have worked with both Amy and her assistant Sam as well as Emily and her assistant Amber. They helped myself and my fiance through our custody and access case with my daughter's mother. I went from only having my daughter every other weekend to having her 50% of the time with a court order for shared custody and access. I am very grateful for their help! They answered all of our questions and emails and made the process run as smoothly as possible.

I actually have no clue how this lawyer and her team ever received a 5 star review. I had a very simple child support issue my ex refused to pay. Owed almost 10k in child support arrears and growing by the month. I contacted Glenda, she said \don't worry we'll get you the money owed\. I told her my ex will not pay and we need to go to court, now. After 7 months and a bunch of useless letters sent, the only person that got any money was Glenda, from me. I had to hire another lawyer to take my matter to court. A younger more ambitious lawyer trying to make a name for himself. I advise anybody reading this to do the same.
Beware of Amy! She was fine until our case conference. Afterwards it felt like my ex is her client, not me. She has mislead me is so many ways and so cleverly! During our last meeting two years back, I suggested supervised access at which she reprimanded me. She charged about 2000 to apply for an OCL application that got rejected. I then agreed to a private social worker recommended by her for the VOC. However, during our SC I saw how mad the judge was at her just looking at my brief that was entirely prepared by her. He directly questioned her about some of her suggestions that requires great deal of money that would drain me and my fathers joint account funds to support the children. It would also make her richer by thousands. Amy has absolutely no feelings for people. At one point she was stuttering at the judge’s pointed questions. I will be ever grateful to Justice Sloan, whose questioning has helped me to get out of the cloud of confusion Amy created around me. She knew I was very stressed out from a kids surgery and rushed me during our appointment which led me to signing the SC despite my great discomfort. Later when I talked to her social worker I realized Amy lied to me about the cost of VOC along with few other things. I fired Amy right away and became self represented, not wanting to be misled ever again. It wasn’t easy but I made it. Upon OCL investigation, the court recognized how big of a threat my ex is for the children and ordered supervised access about a month back. All this time I did not write my review out of fear of retaliation. My thoughts of other parents in vulnerable situation has made me write this review. I would also like to mention a shocking discovery: Bribery is far more common here than you would think. If your family physician or a caseworker from a children’s organization starts acting weird, watch out!
Kristyn Hutchinson has to be just about the most incompetent lawyer i have ever encountered. Pretty much admits to a judge that her client was committing fraud from the government, losing documents and cant even file things under the correct court file number so that is more time to bill among other things. Maybe its because shes young and not enough experience but shes a total unorganized train wreck.
