We have made 2 purchases from Leon's Kitchener location recently. First it was a fridge, and the one I liked was a brand we were not familiar with, Kristina knew so much information about the company she made my husband feel good about the purchase. When we needed couches we came back to deal with Kristina again. She was not pushy but very knowledgeable and was able to stay with in our budget for what we wanted. Never lied about the wait we would have for all the products we were interested in. She really knows her stuff and treated us above what she had to. She will be our go to person from now on.

Very well organised store. The staffs are nice but they are not well trained at all. They know very well how to sell but they do not know how to put the purchase properly in their billing system. I went to purchase washer, dryer and a computer table just before an half of hour ago of closing the store. Tim Reynold helped us quickly and closed our purchase as long as it took. I have asked him a lot of questions but he patiently answered all of them. However, nightmare begins when after 2 months of the purchase, they told me they can't delivery my computer table until December of 2020 which is very disappointing. Nobody offers me an alternative solution for their production problem; as if, my two (2) months waiting period has zero value. Moreover, 1) they sent cards in the wrong address, 2) I have to call the card company to cancel the card and re-issue card to my new address, 3) they didn't voided the computer table transaction properly. I have to go to store twice and call them couple of times to do it properly. Definitely, the front desk team needs more training to know the billing system properly. Every time a client calls the card company or travel to the store, it takes time. The front desk team is so under-trained, that's why they do not have any appreciation of the client's time. Products were good (2 star is given for that) but utterly disappointed with a series of unprofessional acts by the front desk team.

I am very happy with the service I’ve receive in this store as of lately. Krystyna and her manager were most helpful to get me what I required at the price I needed. Great service. Courteous kind and professional. Willing to go above and beyond. I will shop here again and recommend to friends and family.

Do not order furniture from this location, go somewhere else. Leon's is decent in my opinion, the Guelph store is great its just this Kitchener location that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. From the sales associates being rude to the accountants. I ordered furniture and it took some time which to be fair I get with the covid thing but I don't appreciate the lack of transparency when it comes to the delivery times.The store will not update you on the times either so when you think it is coming it is not. Then turns out the furniture has come and not even been scotch guarded as they had said. Will not purchase from this particular store again!!
