My partner and I have been extremely happy with Glen's knowledge, patience and professionalism. I really couldn't recommend a company more. His quote was very reasonable and out of the 3 others we had in, he had the most experience with older homes in our area. Despite our own lengthy period of indecision, Glen remained super friendly and professional. His installation team was terrific and when there was a minor issue left to take care of he arranged for it to be done quickly. If you need solid or engineered wood flooring installed, give Glen a call, you won't be disappointed.
They are amazing at Len Koebels. Michelle went above and beyond for us. She helped me make my colour choice for my new hardwood flooring. She was spot on. It looks absolutely incredible. We are thrilled. Highly recommend them for your flooring needs.
About a year ago, Glen from Len Koebel refinished the oak flooring in our living room. I hate to leave a three star review, but a year later, the living room still has the terrible smell from the finishing. We were really hoping it would go away over time, but it never did even after one year.
Couldn't be happier with both the product and service/install for the Superior brand hardwood. Was the best price around.
