I always feel so uncomfortable in this store. The staff stand at the desk and just stare at customers as they walk in. I did a lap around the store and walked out. Sad because I like some of the products.

Worst customer service. Lazy staff, busy in their own. No one for attending customers. I've been with my wife today. All staff are busy in arranging store stuff. One employee on entrance to count number of customers in store bcoz of covid-19 safety she doesn't even count customers properly. I tell her to count customers again then she allow us to enter. Really Need to Improve CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went to find a bathing suit and they have a variety of styles. The staff were helpful when you need them but not all over you, which I appreciate. Reasonable prices and large sale section although there were not as many mediums which is what I was looking for.

If these stars were based on the first 15 minutes of my visit then it would be a 1 star! I absolutely hate shopping, especially for bathing suits because I always have difficulty finding my size. So I walked in and was looking around (clearly frustrated after a bit) so I just finally asked someone and she just directed me to some basic ones and said “there you go”, like no, that’s not what I needed! So after that I was about to walk out and this other lady (wish I knew her name) came and asked me if I needed help and I was like “YESSS”, because I was literally last minute shopping to my bf parents house to go swimming! Anyways, she came and was like an angel in disguise! She was with me the whole time grabbing different styles and sizes! I was just felt the weight drop off my shoulders immediately! I ended up finding a bathing suits as well as future ones too!!!
