After being disappointed with the quote I received from the first service I contacted (direct charge on a 3 hr delivery??), Paul was a breath of fresh air. He is the ideal blend of polite and precise. Naturally, service was carried out as promised. Very pleasant experience. As a former courier myself, I could definitely tell that KW is on their game. Highly recommend.
KW Delivery is awesome! Imagine my disappointment when I thought I would have to miss my tap dance class because my shoes were in Cambridge and my feet were in Waterloo. Cue the trumpet...KW Delivery to the rescue! I got same day service at a great price and all with a smile. Outstanding company. There aren’t many of those around any more.
Our go-to guys when it's mission critical. I don't know how they do but they can get machine parts we need from the East side of Toronto to our Cambridge facility in what seems like a blink of an eye. Instant response to questions and eta's on deliveries too. These guys set the standard!
