Highly disappointed in the quality of the service provided. Submitted 11 cards for the Black Friday deal, received them back 8 weeks later and 7 of them had the following issues: - 5 labels had the wrong year. 2019 is clearly indicated on the bottom of the cards, not 2020. -1 label had the wrong set (WTR vs ARC) -2 cases had clearly visible items trapped within (strand of hair and dust) -Inconsistent labeling. All cards were either Majestic Foil or Legendary foil and some labels had \Majestic\ written, others \Foil\. -Some cards are not secured within the case causing them to shift. -Upon emailing them to make them aware of the issues, have not received any response after 2.5 weeks.

My experience with Nathan was very professional, quick turn around, honest, excellent quality and very good value. I have 11 more cards to be graded after the lockdown. And I taking my business to KSA. I highly recommend them.
Quickly replied to my email about setting up a time to drop off the card I needed graded. Nathan was helpful and accommodating. Drop the card off the next day for same day pick up. Grading was done in good time. Card was graded fairly, price was good, and the case they use is solid and looks really good! Would recommend
