There were okay experiences, and not so good experiences. I had multiple ultrasounds with my first pregnancy here, and most times I felt like they were rushing to get me through, without telling me anything about my baby. I was also disappointed that the pictures they printed were just regular printer paper. For my first pregnancy I wanted something that felt a little more substantial than plain printer paper photos. Ultrasound photos were something I was most excited for during pregnancy, and I was really let down. There was one time the tech was very nice and friendly, and explained to me what I was seeing on the screen. The rest of the staff I encountered were quite cold. Not to mention, there is no where to park that isn't a trek away, and when you're 32 weeks pregnant that is the last thing you want to have to do.

1 star due to the lack of humanity and caring in this place. Everyone who works here seems to either hate their life or their job. The receptionists and the medical professionals here lack the basic decency toward new and expecting mothers, including my partner. Not impressed with this place at all, the coldness from the staff will definitely keep us away from this place in the future. My opinion, if you can, skip this place as part of your birth plan.

I've gone to Karma a few times for multiple pregnancies. My latest visit with a few weeks ago. They were about 30 minutes late in seeing me, which normally I wouldn't care that much but with a full bladder? Yikes! I was about to burst. I think it depends on the tech you get when it comes to overall experience. The woman I got wasn't mean, but wasn't nice either. I could tell she was trying to rush to process as much as possible (probably because they were behind, as per usual). She showed me my baby for maybe 3 seconds and then rushed me out. I get it's covid but ultrasounds should never be rushed and the clinic should still be providing excellent care, no matter what. I go back soon.. hopefully I don't have to wait on a full bladder again.

My second pregnancy.. I’ll start by saying their ultrasound pictures are great. The quality is amazing. However, I always get the impression they all hate their jobs. I feel like “the next pregnant woman” in their day. They don’t make you feel comfortable, they don’t tell you anything about your baby... I have yet to hear a heartbeat or really anything, except a picture at the end! If you’re looking for a comfortable, humane experience I would suggest looking elsewhere.

After reading some negative Google reviews, I prepared myself for a not so nice experience at Karma. I was pleasantly surprised when reception was kind and professional. My technician, Mandy, was probably the friendliest technician I’ve ever had (in both pregnancies). She was down to earth and went above and beyond to make my experience a happy one - excellent service. Very satisfied with my visit here today!
