Stay away from this business. I took them equipment for repair 4 months ago; as of today, Oct. 23, I have nothing but a pile of excuses and they won't take my calls. I'm surprised they are even in business. Since my equipment is valued at over 1,000, they've forced my hand to the point of legal action. Too bad they're an \authorized\ dealer for Vollrath equipment since they're disgraceful business conduct reflects on Vollrath too.
