This is a review specifically for Dave at the Kitchener location who was extremely helpful and patient in outlining the pros and cons of some equipment I was considering. As a newbie to video production, this was very valuable to me as my research caused a change in what I was considering and Dave flowed with every change with absolutely no pressure - only detailed information. Dave is a portrait photographer with a deep knowledge of what he is selling - not a given these days! Top notch service and a cool accent to boot!

I made my first purchase from this Henry's location today and was delighted by the wonderful customer service I received from a friendly and professional staff member named Dave. I considered purchasing a Canon camera lens from a few other stores in the Kitchener area, but after speaking with Dave via email it was clear that Henry's was the best choice. I now have complete confidence in Henry's and will not hesitate to return in the near future to purchase more camera-related products.
Support family owned Canadian business! The photo printing services are second to none! My wife and I printed all our wedding photos here and they turned out great! We made the mistake of first printing photos at Walmart which predictably were 100x worse than the quality we received at Henry’s. We will most definitely be coming here to print all of our photos in the future. Plus the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of all things cameras and equipment.
Just bought a GoPro hero 8 from this location, Alex P was great in helping me find the camera i wanted. Definitely going back!
Going into the store is great and ordering online is also great unless they get your order wrong. I ordered a print of my wedding and they sent the wrong size. It's been three weeks and I'm still trying to get the right print size. No one in store can do anything as \the Customer service number is the same as the one they give out to customers\. I'm so unimpressed I haven't even talked to anyone as when you call and no one is available you get put in a que and are told to leave a message. Three weeks 14 calls and I still waiting to heat back from them......
