Used service for a move-in clean, and paid extra for windows and appliances. Appliances were cleaned acceptably, but windows were not cleaned thoroughly and overall the job was not done well. Two staff were present for 1.5 hours and in my experience a thorough move-in clean takes at least 3 hours. The stairs were not even vacuumed! Provided this feedback to the company and received no response. Would not use this service or recommend to anyone.

Booked a cleaning service with Hellamaid for my new house in Waterloo. I booked a deep cleaning service for our 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom home, with carpet cleaning, as well as cleaning inside appliances (fridge and oven). I was extremely impressed with how easy it was to book online, the quality of the cleaning service performed, as well as the professionalism of the cleaners. My new home now looks and smells so clean, and I can't thank Hellamaid enough for making my family's move to our new home alot easier. Thank you Hellamaid! ️

I used Hellamaid to get The Kitchener Academy of Music sanitized and cleaned to get back up and running for in-person music lessons. They were so easy to book, super reasonably priced, were able to come within days and did a FABULOUS job (following all my instructions for the cleaning of our keyboards, pianos and other instruments)! I couldn't be happier! I will use them forever! Thank you so much Hellamaid!
I originally had concerns with the quote. Having been in a similar business, I thought the quote under-represented the scope of the job, as in the price was too low. 2 people were assigned to start at 8am. Upon assessing the job, they immediately asked head office for help, as I needed the job completed on that day. They were scheduled to complete it by noon. IMO, the job required 3 people for 8 hours. The final invoice was in line with what I had originally expected. I'm giving top marks because of the ladies who stayed very late to complete the bulk of the job as requested, then finished up the following day. Their work was top notch.
