This company will nickel and dime every opportunity they can to increases charges to your weekly bin pick up. I had a 5 yr contract and they went up from 28 to over 34 overage charges Carbon Levy fee fuel surcharges at times. 7/mth in carbon levy fee??? Seriously, what are they doing with those funds. I bet it just goes into general profits. It's excessive. DO NOT sign a contract with this company. Now that they are a public company, they need to increase revenues and drive profits so expect even worse service in the future.
