Great experiences picking up food here. Lots of vegan options! They have boxes of deep fried pickles, racetrack fries, hash browns, Beyond Meat products, and lots of other things. The website gets updated with new items frequently. Next day pick up usually possible but you have to place your order before 3PM. People on the phone/email and those delivering your order to your car are always so nice.

Been having nothing but problems with the sales rep. The warehouse messes up, people forget to key orders all the time, and they charge an absurd margin which I would have paid for convenience but they really added the IN to the beginning of that word. I don’t really know how much easier I can make it for them when I used to be a rep myself at a FSD and I try to give them codes, asking for lead times among other things. It made me shop around and open my eyes.

I am associated with this company for last three years this is my experience 1.Most of the front staff don't have patience and bad customer service 2.They never help in case of urgency even I offer to pick up they don't want to give products i ordered one and half hour before closing I requested them humbly they don't want to help me 3. Since I am forced to buy with them as.a part of the agreement from my franchisee 4.Accounts department is horrible among all 5.Actually they are not interested anymore in doing business as their customer service is very poor. I would never recommend this place to anyone
