Amazing!!!!! I was so stressed with having to find the right flooring and only being able to look online. I called a couple of other places and they weren’t much help and just told me to look online. So glad I came across Shane at Carpet One. He understood what we were looking for and pulled the perfect samples for us! He helped us find flooring Along with the perfect tiles for our shower! Thanks to Shane for helping simplify the process for us and going above and beyond!!!! We would highly recommend! I felt very safe during the pandemic dealing with this company.

Agnieszka and the staff were terrific. We now have literally a ton of vinyl flooring to install! Good product and good value.

Great staff, not too in your face but there when you need them. There are deals to be found if you take your time and have some ideas about how to pay carpet. Will go again.

Edit: response is trying to claim they checked their cameras and that everyone working there was wearing a mask. This is a lie, I can give the exact date and time I was there. Stop spreading conspiracies and putting everyone at risk. After this response and lack of accountability, I've reported to the region's public health and bylaw. Be responsible, own your mistakes, and be accountable for your employees radical ideas and harassment. Original Post: Came into the store before closing, had the employees yell to us about their closing time and they wanted to go home (it was well before their closing time). Their employees were not wearing masks, and were trying to encourage us not to wear masks too, actively spouting conspiracies, natural health, and against the region's laws. The sales associate also was very invasive and pushy, and was swearing. We just wanted to look at flooring, the whole experience was very inappropriate.
