Very helpful and friendly staff. I also find that this location has a good stock of items. If any of your curbside orders isn't correct, the staff is happy to make it right!

ordered something to pick up in store. I didn't ended up need it and I didn't pick it up. According to the email the order will be cancelled if not picked up within 7 days. So I assume it will be cancelled. A moth later I check my credit card bill and realized the order was never canceled. I was charged for the order which I never picked up. I called the store to cancel the order and it was hard to have anyone pick up the phone. I first reach online pick up who told me they could not find the order and I should reach customer service. I called again however it was impossible to have customer service pick up the call. I called again to reach the retail team and someone picked up the call but was not able to cancel the order for me instead she needed to have a manger do it which she said will take one or two days \hopefully\, no firm timeline provided to me. A cancelation of order shouldn't be that hard. I checked review online and found couple of different people reviewed similar experience. I got worried and decided to call again to reach a manager on the phone myself. This time I could not reach any department except for the auto department. I waited on the phone for the guy to find a manger for me. After 15 min he could not find anyone to take my call. I was told manager will be available in the afternoon. I will call again the afternoon try to reach the manager. If I cant I need to go the store. This is very frustrating. I will come back and update how it goes.

I went in for a flat tire last week. I called multiple times during business hours; no one answered and I couldn't leave a voicemail. I dropped my car off in person and when I picked it up, I had to wait for 15 min while two guys in the back ignored me. Someone gave me my keys and my receipt but did not go through any follow up. A week later, two lug nuts were missing. When I took it back, the man behind the desk was rude and raised his voice at me and the mechanics were laughing and making jokes behind my back. No one was distancing or wearing masks and the mechanics were getting closer than 6ft to me. Terrible customer service and no concept of safety.

A month before I bought 4 new Goodyear weather assurance tires from this store with a 100 mail in rebate coupon. I applied for that coupon online and they email me that this particular store is not qualify for this program. If that is the case why the store selling those tires along with that coupon.

Curbside pickup is non-existent. The designated spots ensure that the person parking beside you will hit your car with their door. The number to call us their regular number, which they have now NOT picked up three times in a row. And now after we went inside to inquire, we're told to park at the garden centre - where there are no signs indicating anything about curb side pickup. If you're looking for the worst Canadian Tire in town, you found it!
