We used Brentwood during the pandemic. The service was top notch. We felt safe and comfortable with the protocols in place . We took a group of 6 out for a work Christmas Party to cowbell and the old mill. Our Driver Peter was exactly what you envision when you are thinking about first class limo service . Professional , on time , polite and always prompt . Limo was clean and stocked with everything we needed . The music and controls were easy to use and fun. We will definitely use Brentwood again!

Just used Brentwood Livery this past weekend for my birthday celebrations. We booked in the limobus for 6 hours with several stops for fun visits. They have a 20 or 30 person one. My Guests loved it. Our driver Peter was friendly and very efficient. Darlene & Beverley at Brentwood were a pleasure to correspond with. Calls and emails were always answered promptly, and my details were kept up to date as I went making adjustments closer to the day. Highly recommend them.
We were impressed by the great communication and eagerness you showed to help us either in planning or on the day of. Our guests have said that they felt safe and well cared for the entire time they were in the limo with Colin. A few remarks were “He was so kind”, “He helped me out of the bus and I loved his gloves”, You could tell he was smiling under that mask and he loved being there too”. For my husband and myself, we were so thrilled to see a friendly face that we had met a few times prior at wedding events. We had an amazing trip to Toronto last evening for a family celebration. Tom , our chauffeur was amazing. It was the second time he had driven us to Toronto. He is punctual, very courteous & friendly and a great driver. We were able to thoroughly enjoy our evening knowing we were in his safe hands. I would recommend Brentwood highly. Beverley in the office was also wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. Overall, a 5 STAR experience. Thank you.
To the amazing staff at Brentwood, On september 9th 2017 we hired your wonderful staff to help us with our wedding. From the red carpet, to the drinks, smooth ride, and snacks... we are beyond amazed and grateful. You made us feel so loved and special and important. I have never seen a limo company so intune with its guests needs and wants. You were spectacular. I will be recommending you to everyone I know in the future. Everyone was commenting on how kind the drivers were, who even parked a car for a late guest. Thank you so very very much for your professionalism, kindness, promptness and all around exceptional service. We will never forget it.
