The sales and support for laptops are great here. They were helpful for my new laptop purchase and also during covid and having to be outside, received it for repairs in an efficient manner. My only gripe is the mobile section (before covid) - never have enough staff so really long waits and have to keep asking if someone is coming to help.

Had to order online in the parking lot for something I wanted in the store. I Hate Covid shopping, but the staff tried to be as helpful as possible. I ended up getting it shipped to my house in the end.

This location has superb customer service. The staff is so helpful and my case was a little complicated with my laptop and warranty, and still the staff member who assisted me, (Riley) was so patient and willing to walk me through step by step to resolve my issues. I will definitely return because of that service! Thanks Best Buy!

I went to buy a Smart Watch spoke to a sales associate which indicated one was bluetooth for 249 and the 279 had LTE when went to cash out is scanned out at 369 which should of been honoured, associate contacted the store manager which explained this was not there store policy, I felt the service at this particular location was below standards why because that is store policy if incompetent people place product behind a glass case and sell it under the indicated price it should be honored, it's the cardinal rule of retail and customer service. Shame on BestBuy Canada for not training there staff adequately. Looks like they just lost another customer for life good job. They wonder why stores are closing poor customers service in these bad times should never happen be thankful for having a job and people coming in to support your salary.
