I went to Arman's Jewellers hoping to get a ring re-sized for a loved one before a special event this December. This was my first time at Arman's Jewellers and I could not have been happier with my experience. They not only completed the work quickly, they took extra time to examine the piece I brought in (which was quite thin and could have been weak/at risk of breaking after being re-sized) and proposed a very reasonable solution to improve the strength and quality of the band. The final product was perfect. They were also able to customize a pair of earrings for me, which were to match the ring they resized. All of this work was completed for me within a matter of days, which was weeks faster than what other jewelry stores quoted me in the area. They have amazing customer service, great products, and very reasonable prices. I will be going to them for my repairs, custom orders, and all other jewelry needs into the future! The gift is a surprise, but once the day gets closer I will add a picture below for everyone to see the wonderful work that was done. I can't recommend them enough, 10/10

My fiancé took a diamond he had from his mother to get my ring made here. He gave them the picture and they made it (in my opinion) exactly like the picture but better. It's gorgeous and I couldn't ask for anything more. I called to complement them and get a little info regarding cleanings and the gentleman I talked to was super friendly and warm. I'll continue to bring my ring back here for cleanings and anything else I might need.
They're very flexible with the timing of service. They were also flexible regarding discounts and the surcharge for appraisal. They also offered a substituted necklace chain on the spot that served my needs better without me even prompting. Service is excellent and their products are beautiful. All of our wedding and anniversary jewellery is from here.
Dikran was amazing, he understood my vision for the custom rings I wanted made. I love that he is a goldsmith and completes all the work on site. I felt very confident and secure to leave him my engagement ring to work with. He completed my rings in a timely manner with open communication along the way. I was pleased with his reasonable pricing as well. I will be back to get some more custom work done on my other jewelry and have already recommended him to friends and family.
This is one of the best jewelry made for me so far. The jeweller was extremely helpful. He showed us the best possible designs for my ring. I highly recommend this shop. My ring is customized and delivered on time. I also got a diamond certificate along with this so this is a genuine diamond ring.
