We walked through the showroom and spent about twenty minutes browsing without any of the staff acknowledging we were there. I thought they must be busy and we will be helped sooner or later. Then another customer came in and was greeted and served promptly. Even when we left no one ever acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance.

Nice staff and office but they have some antiquated computer systems that seem to cause delays and problems with invoices ,orders etc
