Absolute scammers. Don't buy from this place. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. I purchased a defective product and after promising that it was returnable if defective, they chased me out of the store. Attempted to show them it was defective but after testing it for 4 seconds, they started accusing me of being the jerk. I also tried to test it in store before buying it, however the excuse then was that it would take too long to set it up. No doubt they will come on here and have some excuse, but its pretty simple. If its broken, they don't want you to return it as it just means they will be losing money. Same as other reviews. I even had planned on buying further items, but I guess getting away with scamming someone out of a few bucks was more important than future business or their reputation.
I had great experience with these guys, it was like best buy except for the prices being very cheap and reasonable, I dont even understand how they make profit!!! Anyways I had bought a DashCam off them, still works its been 6 months and i have bought like 3 more as a gift. 101% would recommend to come here!
SCAM! DON'T buy from them. I bought a PS4 racing wheel from them. The product appears to be used when unbox it but they are advertising like it's new on Kijiji. They will not provide a receipt. When I get home and plug it in, the product is not working and when I contact them they will not reply. Spent 400 on it but of course they won't refund or exchange because they won't give you a receipt.
I am now a frequent customer as this place, like idk where to start from. whenever i go there is a friendly smile waiting to get me what i want for the best price(recently bought fan for an amazing price as summer is coming) 100% would recommend for anyone looking for branded electronics at the \best deal\ :)
